As provided for by Legislative Decree no . 196/2003 , art. 13 Prodes , with headquarters at via Selvanesco, 75 – 20142, Milano, in the person of its pro tempore representative, owner of the data , informs You as follows. The legislative decree n . 196 of 30 June 2003 entitled " Code regarding the protection of personal data" regulates the procedures for the collection, treatment , storage, and any communication and / or disclosure of personal data, specifying the rights and duties of stakeholders. The processing of personal data by the holder complies with the regulations in force.
Aims of treatment
The data is collected by the Owner in order to allow the storage and handling of products of the designers; for the management of administrative and commercial relations with the Owner; the fulfillment of contractual obligations; to facilitate contacts with potential customers; the transmission of commercial informations , promotion and marketing of the related products and services provided by Prodes and / or its third advertising partners and / or commercial.

Nature of the data and subsequent refusal to provide the service
The processed data of the users in the Website does not have a sensitive nature related to religious , sexual, racial , political or health of users. The processing of personal data shall last no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection. The treatment will last as long as the person does not decide to cancel the entered data, by notice to the Owner.
